Content Planning & Approval Process
By the 15th of each month, Lenz Media will provide clients with the social media content planner for the following month.
Clients are required to review and approve the content planner before the 1st of the upcoming month.
If approval is not received before the 1st, the social media plan will still proceed and will be billed in full, even if content cannot be fully completed due to lack of approval.
Timely approval ensures content is published as scheduled.
Agreement Term, Renewal & Cancellation
Social media management services are provided on a fixed-term agreement based on the selected package duration of 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
By selecting a package, the client agrees to remain committed for the full term chosen. Early cancellation is not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Clients will be contacted 30 days prior to the contract expiry date to discuss renewal options. To ensure sufficient time for planning and preparation, renewal approval must be confirmed within 14 days of receiving the renewal notice.
If renewal approval is not received within this timeframe, services will conclude at the end of the agreed term. This allows adequate time to recreate and schedule social media planning for the following month if services are continuing.
This structure ensures consistent content planning, scheduling, and delivery throughout the contract period.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on the 1st of every month.
Payment is due by the 20th of each month.
Services continue as scheduled provided accounts remain up to date.

Filming
$80 + GST per hour
Minimum booking: 1 hour
Editing
$40 + GST per hour
Minimum booking: 1 hour
Includes a $10 per hour discount as part of your social media package
Travel
The first 60 minutes of travel is included at no charge.
Any travel beyond 60 minutes is charged at the standard IRD mileage/travel rate.
